Third Coast Garden Supply is pleased to offer Red Wigglers (Eisenia foetida or Eisenia andrei) composting worms. These species are not the same worms that are found in ordinary soil or on pavement when the soil is flooded by water. These little wigglers are voracious eaters. Red Wigglers will consume their weight in food once every two days. Composting with worms allows you to turn kitchen scraps, paper waste and cardboard into nutrient-rich soil for your plants.
